Return & Exchange Policy

This return and exchange policy is subject to change. However, no changes to the policy will be applied retroactively to products you have already purchase from us.


We refund the full price of your purchases for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date they leave our facility. After the fourteen (14)-day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To start the refund process, please email us at We will provide instructions on shipping your items back to us.

Return and Exchange Costs

Unless we determine your item was damaged on arrival, organizing return shipping and all associated costs, including shipping fees, customs, duties and any applicable taxes are your responsibility.

Ineligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item (i) must be unused; (ii) in the same condition you received it in; and (iii) in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that were listed as final sale items at the time of purchase. 

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item and whether your refund has been approved.

Unfortunately, your refund cannot be processed until the item in question has been returned to us. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We are unable to issue a refund using a different payment method. If more than seven (7) days passes from the time you returned your item and you have not received your refund, please email us at the address above.

My Product was Damaged on Arrival

If you received an item from us that was damaged on arrival, please take photos of the product as soon as possible and email them to us when beginning your return request. 


If your product was damaged on arrival, you may elect to exchange your product rather than seek a refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery, which we determine in our sole discretion. To assist us with the determination, please email photos of your product to us as soon as possible.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

We send all orders with couriers that offer tracking services and require signatures at delivery. We do not refund or resend lost or undelivered orders.
